After completing her graduation in field of Arts, Kajal joined KPS Management Services in the talent acquisition processes. In a small span of 3 years she has developed the key team under her guidance and become the backbone of the Organisation.

She is now responsible for diversed divisions of the company, especially the Industrial and Manufacturing processes which have emerged as one of the strong division of the organization. Ms. Kajal has guided many young professionals under her guidance, and enriched them with the knowledge for the future growth of the individual and the organisation.
